Mai Happy Things Return Policy
Please be aware: This Return Policy only applies to our Women's Clothing collections. It DOES NOT cover our handmade signage. Thank you for your understanding!
At Mai Happy Things, we are committed to ensuring you love your orders! However, if you need to make a return, here's our policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of unworn clothing items that still have their original tags and are in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label visible. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
2. Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days from the day your order is delivered (the delivery date is confirmed by the tracking status).
3. Return Submission: After initiating a return, please make sure to ship the items back to us within 7 days to be eligible for a full refund.
4. Split Package Orders: If your order was delivered in multiple packages, the return window begins from the delivery date and time of the final package.
5. Restocking Fee: Orders returned that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In some cases, we might not be able to accept the return.
6. Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping: Unless the item you received was incorrect or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
8. Processing Time: Allow us 5 - 7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
9. Return Confirmation: We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed, to confirm the details.

To request a return you MUST HAVE a customer account:
1. Access Your Account:
- Click on the profile icon on our store's navigation bar, or visit our refund policy or returns page.
- Log in by entering your email address and clicking 'Continue'.
- Check your email for a message from our store. Copy the six-digit code included in the email.
- Return to our online store and enter this six-digit code.
2. Select Your Order for Return:
- Find and click on the order you wish to return.
3. Choose Items to Return (if applicable):
- If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
4. Specify Return Details:
- Choose a reason for your return and add any additional notes for the store.
5. Submit Your Return Request:
- Click on 'Request return'.
After Your Request:
- If approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping method and costs.
- Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed.
