What is your turnaround time?

Please keep in mind our turnaround time is  2 - 3 weeks + shipping time for ALL pre-orders. Custom orders may have a longer turn around time, which will be discussed on a case by case basis. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns at this time. 

Can you change your order after it is placed?

Once an order is placed, there can be no changes. Please review your entire order before purchasing or send us an email with any questions. 

Do you offer cancellations? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations.

Custom Orders: 
Custom Orders require prompt and on going communication. If you are unable to ensure proper communication or provide prompt decision making, your order may be canceled and refunded. Due to the high volume of custom requests we receive, we are unable to hold custom spots indefinitely. If we do not reach a conclusion for what you want to do regarding your custom order within 3-5 days of purchase, you will be refunded and your order will be canceled. 

 

My order arrived and is not correct or is damaged, what do I do?

Once handed over to the postal service, we are no longer liable for any damages or lost packages and while we hope these problems never occurs, the unexpected can happen. If for some reason you receive your order and it is not what you ordered or is damaged, please leave all product(s) in the package just as you received them and send an email to us and we will determine if or how to move forward.  Once the product has been removed, we are no longer responsible for the integrity of the item. Should we decide your item is eligible, it must be within 14 days of the customer receiving the package. After the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made, so please be sure to inspect your package as soon as it is delivered.

 

We have the right to refuse or cancel orders.
